THE INVENTOR
ORIGINAL VIENNESE SNOWGLOBE
In the year 1900, my grandfather, Erwin Perzy I, created the very first snowglobe. He lived in a house not too far from Schönbrunn where the beauty of Vienna brought forth his first design, the Basilica of Maria Zell, which contained snow made from ground rice.

Museum is 50 square meters where you can see special designs and an overview of how snowglobes are made. In the museum you will see my grandfather´s workshop where the very first snowglobes have been invented.
